The text on the webpages looks odd

Are you using Internet Explorer version 6?

If yes, then unfortunately Internet Explorer 6 has some features that cause the text on screen to display incorrectly. We are working on a fix for this, so please be patient as it may take us a little time. However, the good news is that the website still works and you can still access all the pages and electronic content.

Follow the 3 steps described below to find out what version of IE you are using:

The change over from one screen to another is very slow. Why?

This might be affected by your internet connection; please contact Technical Support if you need further advice or guidance.

On my screen the questions are too big/small – how do I adjust the size?

The self assessment questions are always opened in a new window to a prescribed size (1024 x 768 pixels). Its apparent size relative to your monitor or screen depends on your own screen resolution settings. For the best experience, we recommend that you set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768.

To adjust your screen resolution (Windows XP), go to the Start menu, select Control Panel, select Display, and select the Settings tab. Use the slide bar to adjust the screen resolution up or down. Click on Apply or OK to save.

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact Technical Support.

My scores have been lost. Why? How do I get them back?

Your scores are not recorded when you take the end of chapter assessments. If this is something you would like to see changed, then please do contact us by using the customer feedback form and share your ideas for improvements with us.
